I track my calories daily and don't often go over 1500, a good deal of that comes from fat.

And bulletproof joe godlier than bacon? I think not.

Now an argument over Vosges Mo's Bacon Bar might get me going on godliness!

I have a feeling that her macros are going to turn out just fine without any additional fat intake.

And really... You don't need bulletproof beverages to live.

I did the bulletproof coffee briefly. It's was damn good, but it was REALLY HARD to go back to regular coffee with cream after getting used to that, lol!!! I just do a splash of cream now. I take my tea straight up.

2g / kg is what I always heard, works out about the same.

True. Especially when you can get a whole canned Tuna in water, in change for the calories of just one topped tablespoon of butter! But many bulletproof dieters put even two tablespoons of butter + MCT oil in their coffee...

Yeah, no problems if it fits the macros of your diet. When not trying to lose weight, I sometimes put butter in hot chocholate! Very tasty...

I'm interested in this. How did you know when you are keto-adapted, and how was the transition period?

I would but I just can't give up my starchy vegetables like leeks, squash, etc. Forget meat, vegetables are my downfall.
