Beet greens! I love them sautéed with bacon fat or butter over any other green. Also discovered bone broth, tallow, marrow, pastured chicken with skin on - yum. I have bought liver (beef, lamb and chicken) but haven't cooked any of it yet. I think I will have some to break my potato fasting experiment.
Full fat Greek yoghurt!
Always used to opt for low fat probiotic but Fage Greek yoghurt is a dream!
The spaghetti squash was big eye opener to me. I'd heard about it before but for some stupid reason assumed I wouldn't like it. I was very wrong.
Also, as others have mentioned, the joy of cooking with coconut milk and coconut oil. Both of which were completely off my radar prior to going Primal. Loooove sauteeing my fish in a bit of coconut oil now.
And it made me really discover the magic of my crockpot. Particularly the recipes over at paleomg.com

I've been looking everywhere for kohlrabi and haven't found it. Yet.
I may have to grow it myself!
I get the plain FAGE full fat and mix with either avacado or salsa for a nice sauce!

No to Wegmans, and Trader Joe's is "Opening SOON!" in Salt Lake City. Whole Paycheck didn't have it, neither does Smith's/Albertson's, nor does the base commissary.

My family has always been big on buying strange vegetables, then figuring out what to do with them, so this is a hard question. But just today I tried Thai green eggplant for the first time. Delicious in a curry BTW.
