Thanks everyone. I think I might have to take ciavyn's advice though. I definitely have a sugar addiction. It's easy to say, oh I'll just eat primal for 30 days, but much, MUCH hard to put into practice. Bananas are a good idea - I've been trying to eliminate fruit, since I'm trying to lose weight, but maybe that's not the best approach. Limiting my sugar might be causing the cravings for candy and ice cream to come on.
