I admit to being a zealot at first. I just wanted everybody else to know how GOOD it feels to not hurt, fart, vurp and poop only once every ten days. Problem is, they don't want to hear it. In a world of bread eaters, medication and pain are just normal and very few ask why.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
