Do you have a journal we can post in to avoid derailing this thread?I must be different than everyone else, because my weight istn't budging and my carbs are way low - primarily veggies - don't undereat, don't overeat...?
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
I'm glad you found lifting! I wish all girls I knew had the same mentality of getting stronger like you did. Then I'd have more friends to talk to about working out, lol.
