this is my first post on the forums. I've been paleo since December 2012. I don't have many before pictures due to my shoddy self image but now I can hardly go twenty minutes without checking myself out in a mirror or even a puddle. one thing paleo literature misses out on is how self indulgent it makes you :-)

one issue I've come across is that I keep having to re introduce myself when I bump into people who I met months ago but haven't seen since.
Stacy, wow. You look like a bazillion times better. You went from shapeless to vavavoom. You also seem to have gone from looking like you were what, late 40's to now, maybe mid to late 20's.

Eating the right food dropped weight, but weight lifting has really shaped me. Pulled my waist right in. Add I love having a waist!
Late 40s - EEK! I'm in my late 30s. Funny how weight adds age. I think the same thing - that people look so much younger in their 'after' photos.
