I am amazed at your loss. I weigh about 345 lbs, so it's meaningful to see someone who weighed in "my range" down to a proper weight.
I am curious about two things. First, how do you deal with the boredom of just eating meat & fat?
Second, did you have any indigestion trouble from eating just meat & fat?
I ask because I seem to have some digestive "issues" when I tried this. What worked for you?
