A lot of people don't want to be healthy. They want to look like they want to be healthy while nurturing pain so they can feel special and have things to whine about. There's nothing fun about being perfectly healthy for a hypochondriac. The same goes for attention-seekers. If nothing is wrong, then you have no excuse for your laziness and sloth. A lot of people I talk to are proud of the pills they take. It's rather scary, a full-grown adult still dragging around a dirty blanky and sucking their thumb.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
