    On a totally different note, I'm going to go off on a mini-rant here. I'm doing it on my own journal, so nobody feels targeted.

    Eat your veggies. Really. In so many of the journals I follow, I am seeing way too few veggies, even assuming that the few I do see are mega-portions. I have to jack my own up a bit, for that matter. And right on cue, I find this TED talk by a doctor who cured her own MS, primarily through veggies. Very inspiring.
    5'2", 55 years, Primal since April. Pre-Primal weight loss, from 216.6 to 157.8
    Primal low: 140.2 (Dec. 3) Goal weight: 135?
    Main Primal goal: beating back my CFS enough to function more normally and start writing again

    coffee gives me a belly ache, so I stay away from it. Unless I'm really craving a cup - then I have to take an antacid or I'm in trouble. So, no bullet proof for this girl. But, it does sound really yummy - with the butter, vanilla and cinnamon! I would have to add some kind of sweetener though.

    Reading ingredients can get so distressing...

    Concerning bulletproof coffee, I am wary of MCT, to tell the truth. How is that natural, real food? It sounds like processed food to me. Or am I missing something?

    Now for today's report.

    Health journal June 13, 2012

    Sleep: 6-7 hours

    Weight: 153.0 New low.

    Food
    Vitamins: check
    Breakfast: Banana-strawberry smoothie with walnuts, eggs, coconut milk, and cinnamon
    Lunch: Big bowl of coleslaw, half tin of sardines (two ingredients: sardines and spring water )
    Supper: Turkey balls, whomping big salad with three kinds of greens, and peppers, tomatoes, cucumber
    Snacks: Coconut oil, almond meal, cocoa, stevia concoctions. Trying to find my go-to indulgence.

    Exercise: 2 km walk. Very slowly.

    Activities: Emptied dishwasher, cooking, small chores, homeowners' association meeting

    Comments: I was pretty worn all day, but perked up a bit in the evening and was able to go to the meeting after all.

    Judg, yes, there's soybean oil in alot of the EVOO mayonnaise I have looked at. It's a little disheartening to see.

    I completely agree with eating your veggies. they are full of nutrients and antioxidants that your body wants and needs!

    MCT oil isn't really "processed" persay it's more extracted. No different then using lemon juice or vanilla extract in that it's just a part of a main ingredient. Otherwise it's pure fat.
