Just had a tapioca bread with half a banana and almond butter. Pretty carb-y for breakfast, but it was delicious. I have made another batch and resisted its siren song. I will eat these over the next week, not all at once. One or two will go to the opera with me, probably with the burger than is baking in the oven right now. I made them the same I did yesterday. Tasted the raw meat with the spices - I forgot how good raw beef is.
