I think you're right. I'm back on only protein until my gut feels ready to try another veggie. I think I'm cured of the oreos after that headache and hangover.
Today I've been pretty good. A slight tummy ache after I ate some eggs at noon - that was breakfast.
As for the scales............ I'm going to try living without. Hubby says he'll just look at me nekid everyday and tell me if I have lost weight What a guy -- always there when I need him!
