    Got good and sweaty today on my 2 mile run. I am a bit baffled by this as I don't normally get so sweaty on such a short run. Definitiely a hot one out there with a 'feels like' temp of 102.

    I do. I wear Fast Flats at work which are like fake leather booties (think loose fitting ballet slippers with no sole), and go barefoot as much as possible at home. If I go somewhere that requires shoes, I wear flip flops.

    Damn! Looking good!
    I actually find flip flops cause pain that bare feet don't. Then again, I tore a tendon out of the top of my right arch in college, so my arch is even higher than it was.
    Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"
