Good Luck, Jenn! I'm sugar and alcohol free until our vacation in Feb. - then minimal alcohol and hopefully very little sugar. I plan to make some primal treats with stevia so I won't want junky-food-cookies.
Day 1 for me is today. Been a great day! Totally primal and right on with calories. Walked 1.25 miles. Stood at the ironing board for HOURS making the curtains for the 5th wheel.
