Okay, so this is where the stevia debate is going on.
I don't trust the FDA further than I can spit. I mean, they allowed aspartame, for crying out loud. I am open to hearing of independent research though. My understanding is that stevia has been used for decades in Japan and other countries, and thoroughly researched there, with no ill effects found. Sounds like I might have to do my own stevia experiment to see if it causes bloating in me.
