Breakfast- 2 Eggs (total of 3 yolks) scrambled and eaten in 2 lettuce wraps with some avocado dip, 3 slices of bacon, Decent helping of steak
Lunch- Steak, and a cup of mixed cucumbers and tomato
Supper (out for dinner)- Pho Soup (beef broth with beef strips, beef tendons, and some bean sprouts)
Supplements- 2000mg of salmon oil (I dropped it down from 3000 because I don't feel like I need 3000 anymore), and 6000ui of Vit D.
Exercise- (The most exciting part of my day really!) 255lbs one rep max of dead lifts (and all of the dead lifts it took to warm myself back up to 255), 50 abmat sit ups.
So it's been ?2 and a half? or so years since I've even touched an Olympic bar. The last time I did dead lifts I PR'd at 260. I'm so happy to have hit 255! I tried 260 and couldn't do it but damn am I close! What makes it better is that I was heavier than the bar the last time I did dead lifts so I'm even more happy to be lighter than the bar I was picking up!
Sidebar- It's -14 degrees Celsius outside today (7 degrees Fahrenheit for the american's that read my journal). Bloody freakin cold but I love it!

Short Term Goal: Fit into the shirts I got on my honeymoon at disney and universal in august next year when I go back to for my 1 year anniversary
Met Goal: Be a 2x Shirt, Fit in a standard airplane seat belt without the use of a seat belt extension
Long Term Goal: 166lbs (One day!), Buy whatever cloths I want to wear.
