I agree that Grizz is sounding preachy. But if you have another method, could you post the research too? Iodine could very well be like Primal -- different protocols for different people, and the more evidence and info of all kinds, the better for everyone.
I should add the Brownstein book to my Amazon wish list.
ATP co-factors just arrived from Amazon, so I'm up to full supplement protocol with no side affects (at least not that I can trace to the supplements). I'll start drinking Lugol's this weekend. 1 drop per 8 oz bottle, 1 oz per day, got it.
No progress on the moles. Darn.
5'0" female, 44 years old. Started Primal October 31, 2011, at a skinny fat 111.5 lbs. Low weight: 99.5 lb on a fast. Gained back to 115(!) on SAD chocolate, potato chips, and stress. Currently keeping food tracker.
I (try to) follow by-the-book primal as advocated by Mark Sisson, except for whey powder and a bit of cream. I advocate a two-month strict adjustment for newbies. But everybody is different and should tweak Primal to their own needs.
