Sorry for not explaining myself guys.
From the post that I read, I assumed that the recipe was widely known.

I have had the brew the last two mornings with the recommended amount of butter, two teaspoons of heavy cream and a tablespoon of coconut oil.
I must say it has kept me satisfied at least until lunch which is quite a haul when I have the coffee at 5am.

    Thanks for the input,
    Michael

I need to go to the grocery store.

Does the MCT oil cause diarrhea in anyone else? I'm going to use coconut oil and butter.

I have been doing the butter and coconut oil for about a week. No stomach problems. I used the coconut oil because when I googled MCT, it basicly said it was coconut oil.

Well, I've been drinking this since I saw the post. With cheapo coffee and cheapo butter. Kill me.

Is there a tea version of this? Or an herbal tea version? Even a small amount of coffee gives me heartburn.

I like to have more nutrition at breakfast. Maybe this would be a good afternoon tea, so that I don't snack so much at night.

I think you could probably do the same thing, and same measurements with tea. Bulletproof Coffee tastes like a latte, and people make chai and green tea lattes...so why not?

A cup of mate with a hefty spoonful or two of coconut oil in it feels akin to crack if I'm already in keto. I can't imagine doing coffee this way.

I make this with a chai spiced rooibos tea. Tasty.
