Ask the opposite. "Should I eat grains?" and why. If you can find one redeeming thing about grains in regards to a person's health, the government has a paycheck for you. There is nothing good in grains. Only harm, or at best no damage, is possible.
I feel AMAZING after two years of eating this way. What do I eat? Bacon, steak, chicken, fish, avocados, eggs, tallow, greens, onions, berries, nuts, spices. Supplements magnesium, D and potassium. Homebrew Kombucha, obscene amounts of coconut milk, tea and coffee. And my labs are great!

Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
