C'mon guys, have you never been to a dairy farm in this country. Except in drought, our dairy cattle are all grass-fed. Why do you think our butter is yellow when seppo butter is white?

Funnily enough, there doesn't seem to be any ghee made locally. I buy a Fijian ghee from local Indian store. Bright yellow. With their lush climate the Fijians have no call to grain feed
Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine

I've seen thse and wanted to try, but anything less than 85% really stuffs up my insulin and I get that nasty crash afterwards, so I've ben too scared to try! he mint one sounds delish!

aldi has a great 85% dark chocolate for cheap.

I just can't trust the general 'all dairy cows are grass fed' when there's plenty of white butters available and my indian ghee tastes so much different than the allowrie.

Jalna make the A2 yoghurt but it is low fat. If you really want A2 yoghurt I would make your own straight from the milk. The A2 cows aren't certified organic though.

This is my thinking on dairy too. You can always make your own ghee.

I tried the Aldi-brand but didn't love it. My fav is Green & Blacks, adore Loving Earth Raw Organics too, but theirs is only 72% and sweetened with coconut sugar. So yummy but I totally crash afterwards so I gave up on it.

Yes I have tried plenty of their stuff. But watch out, they use agave syrup a lot! The kale chips is awesome. The coconut butter tastes terrible. It has the worst aftertaste.
