That's fantastic, Kestrel. I was watching a show last night about 15 year olds getting gastric bypass surgery, and I think that is such a tragedy. Congratulations on your healthy weight loss!

Isn't that just crazy? I had an internal medicine doc suggest that when I was big, and I said "No, I want to know what is wrong, not just be thin and sick."

You're looking AWESOME! At 155, the skin on your face hadn't caught up with your weight loss yet, and I think that is what people were looking at when they said "too thin." But wow, that has tightened up a lot, and you're looking super healthy and... I don't know what word to use... vibrant? You just look like you've got a lot of LIFE. (I'm a bit sleep deprived today, lol.)

Congrats on your success, my personal opinion though is that you could use some muscle on your frame. I'm assuming you're doing resistance exercise? Lift anything, even if it's just yourself (push ups, pull ups, etc) I'm not talking jacked up muscle beach style, just some sensible muscle, judging from your arms there's not much there. No offense as you've already accomplished a lot, just a thought.

You are doing great. But, iniQuity makes a good point.

Read Dave's story and see what he did to get ripped while losing 100 pounds of fat. His story is what brought me here.
