sooo...i've lost a little weight in the past month or so and I now look pretty decent in skinny jeans but i also have almost no ass. so i'm thinking i should start weighted squats, but money's pretty tight. any ideas on how i could make some weights which maybe could sit across my shoulders? i'd probably want two ~15lbs each.

lolBaby if you time travel back far enough you can avoid that work because the dust won't be there. You're too pretty to be working that hard.
kids are only here half the time, and don't like being used as weights.
the two-legged glute activation raises (i call them bridges) are too easy, i don't tire until i hit around 40-50. i'll give the flying dogs a try, i remember they were a little more challenging for me. I think weighted squats is really where it's at, but maybe i can work on pistol squats until I can afford so kettlebells or a gym membership.
I've come to think that squats make the world go 'round.
Send me a pic of you doing a flying dog so I can critique it appropriately.
