Hey WnC, sounds like you've been doing pretty well overall.
I have the same thing about breakfast. If I eat first thing in the morning, I will be hungrier all day, and then require three real meals. I find it easier to shove off breakfast until noon most of the time.
But if I wake up genuinely hungry, I will eat, unless I'm desperate to knock off some weight. Which I'm not much anymore. On the other hand, by keeping my carbs relatively low, I can skip meals without much pain (like when you were shopping) so it's not that big a deal. I really enjoy the freedom from the tyranny of eating. Not that I don't get really hungry sometimes and scarf down way too much, but it doesn't happen often.
