I'd say something between liver and kidney. But it's hard to tell because it was plain, nothing added except something dried from Chinese medicine which is supposed to help absorption. Adding anything else would be weird. We didn't eat it for pleasure. It had a little more bloody flavor than organs usually have. Texture is hard to tell because her mother minced it. After all in one piece it looks disgusting.
