    I was like - those are all pony names, lol. Then, click link - oh, I see.
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

    One of my friends who wanted to clean up her language just started substituting the word "cuss" for whatever word she was trying to avoid. I should have had this more interesting list to suggest to her.

    I like substituting 'Smurf' if I'm around people who are sensitive to swearing.
