ok. will give it a shot.

    thanks.
As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.

    Welcome noodle!

Admittedly, some of the info on MSM is still being investigated, but it shows promise in many areas.

Maybe your experience can provide some valuable insight. Let us know if it solves your nail issues and maybe some you didn't even know you had?

It's very synergistic with gelatin if nothing else.
"The cling and a clang is the metal in my head when I walk. I hear a sort of, this tinging noise - cling clang. The cling clang. So many things happen while walking. The metal in my head clangs and clings as I walk - freaks my balance out. So the natural thought is just clogged up. Totally clogged up. So we need to unplug these dams, and make the the natural flow... It sort of freaks me out. We need to unplug the dams. You cannot stop the natural flow of thought with a cling and a clang..."

and there would seem to be no down-side... other than the 6 weeks they say it takes to see results.

    I don't see why not...

I take egg white, whey, and gelatin together very often. 😁

Do you think it's possible to make boba-like pearls from gelatin to replicate that chewy texture? There's soooo many boba places where I live and so far I have been good not drinking it (like EVERYONE) bc there's probably crappy additives in the pearls, + super high in sugar + crappy milk, but its hard to resist. :P Might be worth a shot to try making it homemade.

You called it boba instead of bubble tea... You must be in Cali.

Boba is tapioca. The grass jelly etc instead of boba can be made from gelatin though.

You can buy tapioca pearls on amazon to make your own boba tea. won't be that bad IMO.

Also most places can give you no sugar or half sugar if you request it. Not sure why You would want to...

Unexpected gelatin benefit - better scalp condition

I am about 1/2 way through my 3rd cannister of Great Lakes hydrolyzed gelatin. ~4Tbs/day. Motivated mostly to maintain my joints so I can continue to run well past my current 60 yo age.

Unexpected positive benefit: I've noticed recently while shampooing my hair that my scalp, which is normally problematic with dandruff, etc. has become as clear and smooth as it has been since my youth. I still have a full head of hair, albeit gray, so not an impact highly noticeable by others, but my fingertips are picking up a distinctively different feel.

I have always consumed tons of meat, so not like I was suffering from any shortage of protein from a veggie lifestyle or anything like that. I do have very oily skin, and I haven't noticed any change in skin tone elsewhere on my body, just my scalp. Nor have I noticed much of an improvement in hair or nails. Given their slow growth rate, I would expect it to take many more months before I see much change there, if I ever do.

Just curious if anyone else has seen the scalp improvement effect.
