I typically make them and eat them right away. I've never found them to be very good once they've cooled.
One thing that works for me is to say to myself "I CAN have that cookie/glass of wine/ chips and dip, but I DON'T want it." It reminds me of how I feel afterwards, it makes me think of the progress...

I like to mix wasabi into my mayo...Its good on salmon cakes, in tuna, as a veggie dip, in chicken salad... Actually, its pretty good with everything. I love Wasabi.
