There is no perfect food, just take in moderation. Livers (and eggs) are a good source for choline.

This may be a long shot, but you might want to look at taking alkaline foods or alkaline forming foods to balance your PH. Most leafy greens are alkaline. As are egg yolks.
Frankly, i stay away from processed food that is processed such that i can't tell physically what it is.

Do yourself an experiment. Just for a day.For brunch, eat the same you have for dinner-3 eggs, 8 slices of bacon and for dinner, the same. Come back here and let us know if there's a difference...
