I deadlift once a week for one work set.
I'll warm up likeso:
185x5
235x5
285x2
and then hit:
345x5 is what I did last week. I've been going up ten pounds a week every week for about two...

Haha, vick, i meant from the OP, not you :P
Vick, he wasn't talking about aerobic exercise.
Man, post more info. How much are you eating and sleeping and what's your routine?
That's bullshit
How much are you eating?
I laughed.
You should get a new hobby, for the six months. Start cooking! :P
eat as much meat and vegetables as you possibly can, and lift weights (starting strength works)
then, lose some of the fat
or kind bars or lara bars, though they do have a solid bit of sugar
Are you having fun?
Do it.
Does it align with your goals?
Do it.
If you answer no to both of those questions, don't.
meat...i don't eat breakfast and then absolutely feast for lunch and dinner, usually
Doing the task is the best, but I don't think you can deny that the strengthening of the posterior chain carries over better to almost any athletic endeavor better than tricep pulldowns..
Yup. I definitely didn't eat enough for a couple weeks, while being active on IF. Buddy got ROCKED.
I would definitely get used to rice
Haha, actually, I'm a little south, Bolingbrook, between romeoville and plainfield. But everyone knows where naperville is. Did you go to college in chicago?
i'm over by naperville! welcome :D
Where in illinois, roughly? I'm in the southwest suburbs
Chiming in, I think he just means be reasonable as to the oil that you're frying things in. You can't pour dollops of butter over your food and expect to lose weight.

Have you looked into crossfit or crossfit football, by the way?
I hate it while i'm doing it, a lot of the time. Sometimes it's actually fun, but I love the way it makes me feels. Lifting 300 lbs and putting 200 over your head just makes you feel human again.
Nice. I used to play in high school. What level of college ball did you play?
yes.
My diet is my diet by choice, and when the positives are worth the negatives, I indulge. There's no real percentage. Just life.
If you can't go five hours without eating fat..........something is seriously messed up
