White Rice is basically a last resort, or if I want something quickly. Maybe 1..2 times per week.
I have no issues with it, but I don't feel as good as normal waking up after it. Definitely a...
I used to drink milk by the gallon - no longer.
Now I have a moderate amount of greek yoghurt. If I have too much I notice my sinuses feel weird.
You got to be pretty effin' lazy to not put a tiny bit of baking soda on a toothbrush and brush.
I use Bicarb-soda, and occassionally sarakan - natty s**t...you know.
3 is a little excessive, but you don't have to drink it with cream etc, just make sure it's with a meal though and not on an empty stomiach.
Why thankyou Marinas
...yet ;)
The source? The pigs were raised in a large field on my parents farm in the countryside - so the air is good, the soil and grass is good. Literally free to do what they want. Eat grass all day but...
I have an ass load of eggs and pork liver right now. I'm thinking about the pufa content, as usually i'm a lamb/beef kinda guy. What have you?
Eating someone' s**t to restore gut health. Mother of god....
Fair enough. This isn't my experience however.
But i agree about leaves. Pointless. When you say fatty or colorful ones, can you provide examples of which ones you mean?
What, like parsnips, yams, potato etc???
You know you can buy gluten free sausages, right? I buy gluten free beef and lamb ones all the time.
Yes it is! Apart from the childish exaggerations of alot of the posts(posters), all sides have very interesting points to make. I also really like ChocoTaco's perspective(on most things), even if...
Where did I say to avoid Paleo? Keep doing what you're doing for another 12-18 months, and then tell me that you are thriving on X-Fit with fruit and vegetables. You seem to have misinterpreted Paleo...
God daaaaaaaam. Made it through 58 pages of this thread. Took two days, but I did it. Am as confused as I was before.
You're not excercising too much(though you don't need the circuit thing every morning), but you are undereating. That looks criminally low in calories.
Try fasting for a day or two, and then tell...
I also don't think veggies are essential. Infact I don't think they're even necessary.
This. Most of my calories are coming from carbs due to my activity level. Capoeira 3 x p/wk, Gymnastics twice a week(plus some heavy lifts) and hill runs/walking everywhere.
I was a crossfitter...
Crossfitting on a LC diet....smh
Carry on like that and it'll hit you bad. If you're a X-fitter you NEED a higher carb intake than some sedentary people. Ask Matt Lalonde. His x-fit on...
20 minutes of rope skipping
Ton of pull ups on two hanging leather belts that were attached to some steel girders in my barn.
Ton of Decline Push ups, both wide and narrow off the back of my truck....
Article. Possibly posted/debated before here, but a quick lazy search brought nothing up. If anyone had any thoughts on this;

I eat 'some' leafy greens, and stuff like carrots, fennel, leeks, anything local. But mainly starch.
You saying that butter is a fat loss ticket, or the other way round? I've been overreating butter for about 12 months now, and i think it's helped with my leanness.
Now that is an idea i'm going to utilise. I don't really eat dairy other than butter though.
