I love my cardio, and I do my sprints once a week (on the way to the gym actually). So as long as I'm not hurting myself I'll stick with my higher heart rate.

Yeah, basically when I eat "for nutrition" i feel like I'm just piling it into a full tummy. I'm going to spend the week working out/eating only when I'm hungry and see how it affects my workouts.
