Long time no update... things are going very well for me, I went from an original weight of 336lbs in June 2010 down to 255, started lifting seriously, and am back up to 275ish and wearing the same...
Lifting for today:
Squats: 175x5, 220x5, 265x5, 265x5
Overhead press: 115x5, 135x5, 160x5, 180x5
Deadlifts: 235x5, 280x5, 330x5, 375x4 (missed last rep...)

Well I couldn't think of a fair way for everyone to do it unless it's by percentage... any other ideas on how to make it a level playing field?

Just found out my gym closed today :p apparently I need to go to another one of their locations... since I didn't lift I just went to the football field and ran routes for like 45 mins and climbed...

PS thanks for the compliments on the numbers! It's pretty motivating, but at the same time it's annoying that I am now where I was as a Junior in high school. Hopefully muscle memory will continue...
