No, because shingles clears up on its own after a matter of weeks, at least from what I've read. This has been a persistent rash for the last decade for me.

I agree about Iodine, except I read that people with DH are supposed to avoid iodine because it makes it worse!

Supposedly the antibacterial Dapsone is extremely helpful for DH sufferers. I've never tried it myself.
