I have a strange, fundamental desire to add seaweed to my veggie rotation, but, beyond its ubiquitous presence in sushi, I really have no idea how to prepare it.

... supplements, that is, what would they be? Is there a reason you find them essential?

I love cheese, folks. I generally opt for and prefer the good stuff -- however that may be defined -- but have been known to find joy in lower class iterations, as well. :o
