for sure. Every once in a while I may go without food a couple of days in a week for financial reasons and it's no problem! It's all that stored up fat thats keeping me going! love this transition!

I'm a man who enjoys his alcohol. I would just like to say that I am very unsatisfied with polar diet tonic water with my Bombay Sapphire. I think I need to look elsewhere for my low carb tonic needs.

Wakey wakey eggs and bakey! Sometimes I don't have time to make dinner so I just take a couple shots of olive oil and I'm fine. Fat is goooood!

yes! sauteed onions are like dessert now. I love them cooked in balsamic vinegar. I can't eat cashews anymore though, too sweet.

luckily I have old clothes that I grew out of before that I now fit into again. I won't need new clothes for a few months :)
