I finally got around buying PS.
This thread is really HUGE, browsed a few pages here and there, but I would like to ask...
How much, when and how do I start taking PS?
Guys, whenever I have a sore throat / flu, I gargle and drink some whisky througout the day.
Last time this resulted in improved BM / constipation relieve.
How does this work?
I eat a couple of oranges with greek yoghurt, I will bloat for sure.

I think the only way for me to do a day without food is to stuff myself the day before and have a lot of coffee on the day itself.

Might be worth Googlin' as problems with these can contribute to constipation etc.
Had it couple months back, was eating like 500 grams daily for a couple of weeks. Craving went away. I now have just a couple scoops almost daily.

Cold turkey works best for me, I just sit through the head and muscle aches for like a week or more.
Chelated gives me MAJOR head aches.
What will a couple slices raw sweet potato daily do for my gut?
