Drop the almond milk.
TQP is not always right, but never in doubt. I think she spends too much time snapping selfies and bragging about her Chem E degree and law job.
The experts will answer your question but my understanding is that coconut oil is irrelevant. Cooking and cooling rice converts a small amount (a few percentage points) of starch to resistant starch...
Not quite. BF is the ratio of fat to total body weight which includes fat.
Thank-you Professor Corey.
Brilliant and novel analysis. Nobel Prize award winning stuff. I can not wait for your next insight.
Why brown? Isn't brown rice loaded with rancid PUFA's? I like parboiled white rice...best of both worlds.
Dr. Laz, I thoroughly enjoy your posts and find you very credible. You are so confident in your analysis as though all of your ideas are self-evident based on the research. I would appreciate knowing...
This is your second post where you assert vegans have lower serum LDL than most Paleo's. What evidence do you have other than the very limited anecdotal "data" you presented in your first post. BTW,...
Stop texting on your cell cell phone and learn how to write a comprehensible sentence with proper capitalization, syntax, punctuation and grammar.

I understand your hypothesis. I was asking if you have a scientific basis for it.
Sometimes I do allow it to melt slowly and truly savor the flavor. Takes a fair amount of self-control but it is worth it!
Ok, if you say so. Man is the only animal who invented, manufactured and uses computers. I guess computers would have been banned long ago except for a giant conspiracy perpetrated by Microsoft and...
Why is this so? I absolutely live my Lindt 85. Actually prefer 90 but do not want Dutch processing. I eat 60 g/day, 20g after each meal for dessert.
Calling "dairy" junk food is ridiculous. Also pretty unreasonable to call cereals and legumes junk food unless they are ingredients in processed food.
DROP the coconut!! I ate copious amounts because I love it and it shot my cholesterol (TC, HDL, LDL) over the moon. Dropped the coconut and numbers came back to baseline in a few months.
Old news. This one has been kicking around for a while. Do some Googling and you will find lots of info.
