Awesome! I bet if you took out the cinnamon/vanilla, you could make primal biscuits and gravy with some ground beef and a cream-based gravy.
Those are seriously adorable, that recipe came up in my RSS feed and I definitely made sure to bookmark it.
If you eat dairy, these definitely look tasty too:...
Hi fellow WA Primal person! Not sure if you're a Costco member/how close the nearest Costco is for you, but I would suggest making your own almond meal with a food processor/coffee grinder. A 3lb....
Black beans are not primal, unfortunately.
Any links to this? This would be interesting to show people I know.
Chicken, bacon, spinach, balsamic vinaigrette.
Crossposting this from another thread:
Almond meal = whole, ground almonds and almond flour = blanched almonds with skins removed and sifted to a finer "flour". The latter works better for...
Be warned - IHOP apparently puts pancake batter in their omelets.
Just made a batch of these (9 total) last night for quick breakfasts in the morning. They take 30 seconds to reheat in the microwave from the refrigerator, plus I'm freezing some. Made mine with...
Same here. Back in high school I tried to make taking a multivitamin a regular thing, but even with food (had to force myself to eat a breakfast) I always felt sick. I take a Rainbow Women's...
Good ol' frittata with veggies:
I made this for my boyfriend's birthday last week. You could definitely tint it very easily with juice - you can already see that the orange zest/juice do it in the photo. I didn't have success with...
I'm 22 but I'm in the Tacoma region. All my paleo/primal friends are in Seattle though :\
+1. Totally got the Zoolander Blue Steele look going on in the 'after' picture.
Never ordered, but looks like they have a great selection!
I wish my Costco had pork rinds, I'd be all over that :(
I burp way less - just because I've cut out the diet soda per day habit. I do get gassy when I drink fizzy water though, but mainly I drink tea, water and coffee occasionally.
This is what I do. Plus since they're pricier, you'll buy them less often (and hopefully eat less of them as well).
I might try them with fresh, strong horseradish for dinner. I've had them with some kimchi and that's not too bad either. Gotta wait until after an job interview I have today though :p
I hate to be "that person" but almond meal = whole, ground almonds and almond flour = blanched almonds with skins removed and sifted to a finer "flour". The latter works better for pastries and...
Nice - I somehow have all these ingredients right now (just dried the cherries yesterday in fact). Thanks!
I've made a lot of varieties of this - they really satisfy a sweet tooth! I've tried dried cherry/walnuts, dried apricot/walnuts and dates with almonds. Almost like a homemade Larabar :)
Was it this thread?
Haven't seen shirataki made with seaweed (though some have little pieces in them), they're usually made with yam flour...which have lots of fiber!
