    Lindt 85-90% is the best at reasonable prices in Sweden.

    There are many high cocoa varations but with lots of lecitin and other addatives. Go Lindt!

    How about going up in fat? 65-70% fat 20-25% protein 10% carbs. Tarlach has some pretty interresting data om loosing wheight on lots of calories but also lots of fat.

    Try to get hold of some of U. Ravnskovs work. "Fat and cholesterol are good for you" is a great book to kill the fright of fat.
