i use an army surplus duffle bag and 35lb bags of birdseed and 5-20lb dumbbells (for scaling weight)...
but i'm only lifting about 130lbs right now

but I have found walking to be even more important the workouts...if you have a desk job (i do) and spend most of your day...
i don't think in terms of 'cheating'...i eat healthy, occasionally i eat a non-primal thing due to circumstance or desire (which is usually a beer)
i don't think about it, hold on to it, or worry...
frozen berries almost daily...super value if you are near a Trader Joe's
suck on them frozen, like little popsicles (bag lasts a long time this way)...occasionally pour kefir over them
goat milk kefir is the best thing i've discovered since going primal...

I've been primal for a year, and feel totally dialed in. My habits are primal, I buy, cook, and eat real food. I don't miss bread or pasta, or fast food. I have no desire to snack....
