May I ask how tall you are?
Depends a lot on what I want to think about - exercise/training, stuff on autoimmunity/cancer/hormones, nutrition/cooking, body image/mental health. I probably listen to more podcasts than read blogs...

How's your sleep? It's importance re fat loss is v underrated.
I think just plain roast duck is lovely. Definitely save the fat - it's relatively high in PUFA compared to coconut oil etc, but absolutely delicious for cooking veggies in etc.
