    what can i do with kelp powder?

    I don't do smoothies and I tried putting it on some eggs but it clumped up in my mouth into like a paste. I've used kelp granules before which more closer to salt but this stuff is straight up powder.

    When you do a refeed how much fat do you consume that day? Can steak and eggs plus carbs be OK? I think maybe that was my problem during my reefeeds was too much fat or maybe just too many calories.
