Turns out I had low sodium. Very low (114). Spent the last week in a hospital. They couldn't find a cause, and I blame the sauerkraut. Stop eating them is a good suggestion that I'll take.
Yes, but I ate them a week ago. Also, I make most of my own food so it's not hard to believe I'm low in sodium.
Has anyone else experienced something like this?
Plus had blood test and told low sodium so drink less water. Seems inconsistent with a detox.
Recently I started making homemade sauerkraut and fermenting other veggies. Now I am feeling sick:
* Confusion and dizziness
* Fatigue and restlessness
* Metallic or other taste in mouth
I hate chicken. It is not flavorless, but what little flavor it has is bad. It is hard to make. I want to eat more of it though because I pretty much eat beef fish eggs and more beef.
