May i recommend a George forman grill? Makes a decent steak/fish/burgers and even catches all the fat for you to poor some back on or into a grease jar in your fridge.

I still say drinking 400 cal of grass fed butter in coffee makes a great fast breakfast that keeps my hunger at bay for hours. But that is how i treat it... meal replacement

Sadly over the years people badgered griff and he has left the forums. There was a long thread "health not weight" where people were cruel to him because his goals were to become healthy not loose...
I think a big reason that low carb and primal work so well is the fix damaged metabolisms. They fix insulin and leptin resistance thus increasing the CO side of the equation.
He always has despite rattling the forums (a good thing) end of the day the take away lesson is just "being primal " may have gotten that first 70the lbs off you but you may need to track calories...
Portion control... I always want to feast :-( it has been killing my attempts at loosing the last 30% of my weight loss goal

Well isn't in a round about way what i was saying the the "calorie" may be a poor measure of human fuel? I never claimed it was not due to errors from calculation the calories of food or energy...
