I definitely agree with you Rev. Plus you definitely see the size grow as you're able to swing heavier. I was curious as to what some of the benefits of the comp style bells are.

EvRev, thanks and btw love your quote.
I think it will also be a good investment but obviously it may take a bit.
I just picked this book up and it definitely is peaking my interest. Some may only use the kb for a fad but I love them and hope to get the most with the use of this book.
I was curious if I should implement some comp bells in my arsenal, I have only cast iron but I do love my kbs.
Yeah I've just never been the globo gym type and kbs, sandbags and Bulgarian always make me want to workout. I definitely want to invest in a sledge and tire.
Is that what you use to train with?
Hello all,
I have a few cast iron kettlebells and have thought about getting some competition kettlebells to mix it up. Does anyone have experience with the competition style?
Yeah I definietly want to incorporate some Movnat into my kb/sandbag/bulgarian bag training. Can't hurt right?
Northern KY here!!! Primals unite!!
Hello all! Northern KY here and primal and loving it! Using Kettlebells and starting a whole primal movement workout. Working my way to virbams.
Hey Gary,
I am digging your site man. Do you have any ideas for me to do some DIY Primal Movement?
Jon
EvRev,
I couldn't agree more. I would also live a cert along with kb certs, but so far doing the kb thing DIY and maybe do the NatMov thing DIY there is one that's a few hours away that is going...
Has anyone else looked into this? I am seriously thinking about adding this to my kb as my movement aspect of the blueprint. Definitely belongs with this for sure.
So this is a new journey for me. I have tried somewhat the paleo diet and the whole 30 and to be honest, the primal blueprint just makes a ton more sense. It also goes hand in hand with my kettlebell...
Hello All,
My name is Jon, and I am pretty new to the primal blueprint but I have tried paleo straight up and Whole 30 and The Blueprint has really just grabbed me and hopefully the "family" here...
