you know, when you cost out Primal fuel per serving and factor that into your food budget, it's really not that expensive. I blend mine with a banana for breakfast through my work week and it's...
You can freeze ripe bananas and get the same effect. I run a banana bread french toast at work for brunch, and 6 bunches of ripe bananas go straight to the freezer when produce comes in.
I'm dating a "crazy dog person". She doesn't have any kids, but I feel like I joined a family. I'm still here though haha
I try to eat salmon and liver once a week
I've never bought in to that spoiled feeling or even "survivor's guilt" because my food bill is higher than other people's. I work hard to maintain my chosen lifestyle and reap the health rewards...
As a chef, I guess I'm pretty lucky in feeling primal about my job. Nothing like sharpening my knives and helping my prep cooks knock down half a cow for steak.
This begs my next question, how do you have sex in a hammock?
I use bacon fat too. you're making an emulsification, so go slow
I think going primal is something we should do for ourselves, not over think it, just go with it, and enjoy it. To me, it really is an enjoyable lifestyle (and not a diet) and I've noticed an upswing...
It's stuff like this that makes me want to bang my head on the keyboard. Eat like our ancestors? Great..but jack off, shower, get hairy/grow a beard, walk around in public barefoot as much as...
I'm a sucker for any girl in a little white tank top, but I kind of prefer the red on black of what's established. My love for girls in little black tank tops not withstanding.
around the six week mark is when things started happening for me as well, congrats!
As a chef, I'm pretty used to "costing out a menu" and looking for the value (vs. experience of a dinner). Generally, I've found that going paleo for me plus my lady yielded about a 30% rise in the...
lol really? you're probably just magnesium deficient:rolleyes:
I get it, but I am gonna have to disagree. My experience is that when your health, diet and mindset are dialed in, everything falls into place. Including relationship drama; typical and atypical
good god, "odds and ends" is turning into a real soap opera lately.
you know that we endeavor to eat like cavemen, not act, look or justify our lives by them?
I hit the slopes on my snowboard. Just looking down at the ground from the ski lift starts to put me in a good mood
whoa no you can't let some girl chase you out of your gym. own it and be confident. the sight of you working out should be like rubbing a dog's nose in poop when they have an accident indoors to her
I'm a chef and back in my catering days I worked more 12 hour catering events nonstop on my feet than not, it's not that hard IMO
saw it in Deadwood haha
eating the way we do can be a bit pricey. my girlfriend's brother is a huge critic of the paleo lifestyle and I've heard him call it elitist on several occasions.
I've adopted this philosophy;...
hold on, so she stays with you, doesn't have a job, and is a picky eater? is she contributing to the household any other way?
definitely not Korean, and I would know. Me being Korean and all:D
could be TN by way of GA, I agree she sounds mildly southern. One of the great things about growing up an army brat is that you don't really pick up on any regional dialect quirks haha
