Hey! That's Thomas Rohde! I'm a Dane, and he's famous. He has one or more Michelin stars. He also does CrossFit about 5 times a week, and drinks ½-1 liter of heavy cream to cover his calories, lol....
Paleo Diet Budget Shopping Guide by Robb Wolf.
Believe it or not - I'm actually at the SAD recommended ratios. Working pretty well for me, and it's a lot cheaper!

Roasted is the way to go! With a little bacon/bacon grease/butter and leeks, maybe a little onion powder... damn, it's SO good!
I don't have an oven, though, so I usually steam them, then fry them...
Actually, I'VE learned to not be so effing stubborn and pushy about what I thought was right - cos I found I was probably wrong some of the way.
Maybe they'll figure it out. Just deal with...
Hmm... Buckwheat, eggs, a little meat, fermented dairy (and a little regular milk) and veggies make up the bulk of my diet.
Every day.
30% of RMR as (slow) carbs, 1.5g protein per KG of bodyweight, a little fat with the veggies and you're set up for fat loss.
Spread it evenly throughout the day; preferably not more than 30g protein...
I LOVE beef liver!
I usually just cook it, then blend it with salt, pepper, onion, allspice and perhaps other things as well. Goes sooooo well with fried shrooms and bacon!
