    Simplefit L1 D1 37 rounds with 20 lb vest. Yesterday was 5 sets chins, 5 sets pushups various positions, planks, tabata squats with weight vest and holding 25 pounds.

    Had planned on doing sprints...

    I'd let it rest like your therapist suggested. But I'd double up the intensity on chinups, pullups, ab work exercises that won't strain that knee. Hopefully others will provide more input.
