It seems not
I'm plodding through a new book called "sugar Nation" by Jeff O'Connell.
Well worth a read if your interested in diabetes and its history and how to avoid it.
If people ask why I look so slim these days I just say I follow a Paleo diet, or low bad carb diet. The question is always "what's that"
A. trying to eat real food while avoiding grains and...
I havn't ;)
Have some alternative suger in the form of fruit, I have honey on greek yogurt every day
just don't eat the stuff..its really not hard to avoid...if you really want to ;)
Im with the idea of walking if you can't run. mix it up a bit. why not walk up the hills and run down the hills and the flat bits maybe. I can run all day on flat roads..chuck in a gradient and I...
How long have you been primal and how much weight have you lost so far?
I used to get days like this. I just learned to deal with it and it passed. Clearly you are eating enough so you won't die of starvation.
I reckon the solution is to do air squats and don't eat buns..sorted :)

+1 on this one
I totally Agree Susie. While sex is a healthy part of the whole relationship thing, test drives arn't my idea of romantic at all, and can spoil what perhaps could be a good relationship if done too...

I do feel your assuming way too much too.
How do you define relationship?
Think of the journey in Months not days :)

Fair comment, explain yourself Ekatherine :o
How do you know that??
I really think you would need to travel the whole world to get a clear picture. As a basic observation the USA do seem to do everything to extreems, good and bad.
That sounds like real life to me and totally harmless. I drink lots of beer at xmas with no problem, not much since, but will do the same next xmas/birthday/any excuse I can find
I think its way more important to look at any plan where you can eat healthier on a long term basis. Do this in any sustainable way that works for you and your lifestyle. If you have to force...
I'm sorry if my comment seemed a bit flippant. You did say "what works for you"
Look at this as a long term plan and don't be affraid to experiment. It can take weeks for things to change.
