    That's why I asked how you weigh ;) Those numbers would have been off for non-cooked rice (imo the more common measurement). Nothing to worry then, carry on - you are definitely on the right way!

    What's up with those macros for your carb-heavy dishes? Are you using the weigth of cooked and soaked rice? Otherwise those numbers look way off to me.
