I used to had problems with water retention. Fresh parsley. It helped a lot.
Just wondering. Say I were to eat 3,000 calories in a sitting; How much would get absorbed, and how much would go to waste?
Why only 1 meal a day?
Thinking about food all day is just not for me. I am 22. Started with one meal a day diet since I was 17.
I always eat before noon. Size of meal? Huge.
I am new! One meal a day eater :)
